I graduated from a 500 hour massage course at
the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA in February
1993. I moved to Eugene, OR in October 2001 and attended Lane
Community College's massage therapy program and completed another
120 hours.
My style of massage is what you would call "eclectic".
I use many techniques to achieve the goal, which is better mobility,
pain relief, detoxification and stress relief. I feel the types
of conditions my techniques are most effective on are sciatic
pain, low back pain, should pain, tension and restrictions,
and the breaking up of adhesive scar tissue that restricts mobility
of the muscle. I've also been able to help with Achilles tendon
problems, which many runners experience.
